Children's Music

Children's choirs are open to all children from K-6th grade. They participate monthly in worship services in both the Sanctuary Service and the Celebration Service by presenting prepared anthems.

Our choir program relies on hymns of the church, scripture songs, and a variety of sacred music to present the story of Christ to the children and to offer an understanding of music. Participation in choir also develops habits of discipleship and service that can sustain their Christian service throughout their lives.

Musically, we endeavor to provide singers with a variety of learning experiences that will equip them with the skill, interest, and desire to use their voices in praise to God. Other activities include Pizza Day, Gym Day, and scheduled field trips.

For more information about the Children's Choir program, please contact Rev. Estee Valendy at evalendy@arlingtonmethodist.org.
